Glossary

Location schedule

The list of buildings or premises the property or GL policy actually names.

What it means

Coverage for a new location is not automatic for long. Newly acquired location endorsements have time and dollar caps. Franchisees with many stores should match the schedule to the real estate list.

Why it shows up

COI requests often include an address. If that address is not on the schedule, the certificate is describing a different premises.

What to look for

  • Location addresses on the dec
  • CG 25 04 designated location aggregate
  • Newly acquired location limits

Coverbird reads the declarations and form schedule on the PDF you already have. It does not sell insurance or say whether a limit is enough.
