Products-completed operations
Liability arising after you finish the work or after your product is out of your hands.
What it means
Ongoing operations and completed operations are different additional-insured grants. CG 20 10 is typically ongoing; CG 20 37 is completed operations. Some exclusions remove the products-completed operations hazard entirely.
Why it shows up
Construction contracts almost always want both. A gym or shop still has products-completed operations if they sell goods or finish a project off-premises.
What to look for
- PCO aggregate on the dec
- CG 20 37
- CG 21 04 if the hazard is excluded
Coverbird reads the declarations and form schedule on the PDF you already have. It does not sell insurance or say whether a limit is enough.

- Per occurrence vs aggregate
Per occurrence is the most the policy will pay for one event. Aggregate is the most it will pay for the term.
